Here we are to tell you about the second flight of this Friday, 5 January, here at the Games of Titan poker room for the €500,000 guaranteed Sharkbay Main Event.

Day1 C started in the late afternoon and ended just after 4 am, registering 122 entries and taking 22 qualifiers to Day2 B. Leading the way was Ettore Ricci (photo below) who, like a good ex-Formula 2 driver, ran faster than everyone this evening, amassing a whopping 480,000 chips:

"The tournament didn't start that well," commented Ettore in the heat of the game, "I was good at keeping calm by waiting for the right hands to put chips in the middle, and on two occasions, both with Button Aces, I was rewarded.

Usually, when I make a lot of chips then on the next day I go out almost immediately, could this be the time when we manage to break this curse?"

The top 20 finishers of Day1 C won a ticket to the Wolf HR worth 1,100 CHF, which will be held from 18 to 22 January in Liechtenstein, and good Hector, of course, is on the list.

The Top 5

Second in the count, a few blinds away is Marco Gemma with 445,000, followed by Federico Morigi at 413,000.

Fourth place for Luca Quilichini (379,000 for him), while Paolino Virciglio closes the Top 5 at 372,000.

Davide Nutarelli, 6th in the count at 366,000, also managed to pass the Day on his third attempt. Danilo Donnini (334,000), Michele Caroli (251,000), Simone Agnoletto (122,000), and Giovanni Nava (tail end at 80,000) also made it through.
