Entries 3161/ Left 38
Another round here at King’s Resort, where Day 2 of the CNP Main Event with a guaranteed €1 million prize pool has just concluded. A total of 3,161 entries generated a prize pool of €1,058,935, with a first-place prize of €145,000 (plus a ticket to the WSOP Europe Main Event).
After an endless day, starting at 11 AM with the Turbo flight, Czech player Patrik Jaros (pictured below) sealed the heaviest bag, being the only player to surpass the 10 million chip mark:
“The tournament is fantastic; there are so many people and so much fun, especially for everyone who made it to the final table. My day? I started with the Turbo flight, and at one point, I found myself with just 20,000 chips…
I managed to climb up to 300K, then lost two hands where I was a big favourite, and I thought to myself, ‘I have to hang in there; I want to try to make it to the end.’ And from that moment on, I’ve bagged 10 million!”
The Top 5
In addition to the chip leader of the day, who, as mentioned, was the only player to surpass the 10 million mark, we have German Markus Pyttel with 7,975,000 chips, followed by Italian Valerio Marino with 7,500,000 chips.
The top 5 is rounded out by Czech player Michal Mrakes with 7,320,000 and German Sebastian Einbeck with 7,000,000 chips. Below is the complete list of all 38 players who have qualified for this afternoon’s Final Day.
