🇲🇰Artiom Poddubnii with a huge lead after IPS Day2!

Entries 2.966/ Left 26

Another thrilling day has just unfolded here at King’s Resort in Rozvadov: IPS 53rd Edition Main Event Day2 ended with 2,966 entries, bringing 26 qualifiers to the final act, which will take place this afternoon at 14:00.

As expected, it has been an exciting journey, filled with major shifts at the top of the count. Ultimately, Macedonia's Artiom Poddubnii (photo below) bagged the largest stack, amassing 12,850,000 chips. Here’s what he shared with us at the end of the day:

“Am I really the chip leader? Fantastic! Today, I have been particularly lucky; everything went in my favour. In almost every pot I played, I had the best hand.

I used to be a professional, though poker is now just a hobby. It already happened to close the day ahead of the count, and this is my first time at the Italian Poker Sport.

My biggest poker result? If I win the tournament, well, this would definitely be my best one!”

The Top 5

We’ve already mentioned today's chip leader, who leads the pack with 12,850,000. However, we haven’t yet highlighted the other standout players of the day: in second place, we have Czech Josef Šnejberg with 9,650,000, followed by Ukrainian Vasyl Pidhrushnyi with 9,375,000.

Another Czech player, Lukas Pribyl (8,900,000), and Italy's Alberto Mennone (8,500,000) complete the Top 5. Fun fact: Šnejberg, Pribyl, and Mennone will all be seated at the same table, according to the Seat Redraw.

Below is the complete list of all 26 qualifiers, their stacks, and the Seat Redraw ahead of this afternoon's Final Day. For full coverage of the day, photos, and other details, we refer you to our live blog, available for consultation by CLICKING HERE!
