With 48 players still at the tables, blinds are at 50,000/100,000 with a 100,000 ante, and the average stack sits at 3 million chips. Since the last update, some shifts have been at the top of the chip count.
Abracadabra remains in the lead with 7.5 million, while Vito Branciforte pulls ahead, securing second place with 7.2 million chips. Below, you’ll find a recap of the hands that propelled him up the provisional rankings. Tatarka holds a solid position with 5 million chips, while Profiler910 has dropped slightly in rank but gained around half a million chips since the last update.

And here's how Vito Branciforte went up in the count: he opens from the lo-jack with Aces, and the hijack calls with 5-6 suited. The flop comes 7-8-K with two hearts, and Vito holds the Ace of Hearts. The Italian checks, the hijack bets 2.5x, Vito raises to 5.5x, the opponent shoves all in, and Vito calls, holding strong.
On the very next hand, still with blinds at 30,000/60,000 and a 60,000 ante, Vito opens the small blind flats, and the big blind goes all-in for 1.1 million with A-9 suited. Vito calls, they go to showdown, and once again, the pot goes to the Italian, who now boasts over 7 million chips.
