Entries 99/Left 20
The fifth qualifying flight goes to the archives at the GCPoker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein. There are 99 entries and 20 qualifiers for Day 2 B, which will take place this evening at 18:00.
In these last three Day1s played, there have been 285 entries and 58 qualifiers (although 3 of them have gone through Day1 twice, so there will be 55 players at the start who will go on to Day2 A). We want to remind you that tomorrow will be played until 10% of the field is reached, while 12% will go to the prize money.
After the heart-stopping finishes of the last two days, there were no major twists and turns on Day1 E and at the closing of the envelopes (photo above), he could write down the biggest stack of all: 582,000. Little curiosity, Ralf "FiftyOuts" Imdahl had already qualified last night with over 300,000 chips but, given the stack choice formula, he will bring in the biggest stack:
"Yes, I decided to play again because I didn't feel like staying at the hotel; I came here to play! And then there was also my wife at the tables, who didn't make it through the Day yesterday, so I chose to sign up and actually shot three bullets this evening!
It was a rollercoaster of emotions. I had nothing to lose and did everything I could to close in the lead and win the chip leader prize. Mission accomplished! I want to take this opportunity to thank your wonderful organisation. I always come to tournaments organised by EuroRounders around here and I must say that you always put the players in the best possible conditions, you are fantastic!"
The Top 5
The day's protagonist aside, both Dritan Kaleci (second in the count with 517,000 chips, thanks to which he won CHF 3,000, pictured top left in the gallery above) and Adrijan Bat (516,000 and CHF 2,000 for him, pictured bottom right in the gallery below) are doing great.
Emil Abadgiev (488,000) and 'FS 11' (347,000) complete the Top 5. The full list of the 20 qualifiers from Day1 E follows.
