It's a new day of play at the GCPoker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein. Day 2 B of the Sharkbay has just concluded, with 55 qualifiers joining 24 entries in the first two levels of play for a total of 309 entries.
In the end, 31 went through, with 37 players in the prize pool for a 750 Swiss franc min cash, and the chip leader at Day1 D, Switzerland's Nabil El Hage (pic below), once again closes at the head of the pack by collecting 1,200,000 chips at the end of the day.
“I played very solidly and reached 1.5 million chips for some stretches. Before the bubble, however, I lost a major flip for a huge pot: after opening with A and receiving a 3-bet, I put pressure on my opponent by opting for a 4-bet shove and was called by 10-10.
After that shove, I was down to 950K but subsequently recovered something in two or three hands, including the bubble hand where I hit Trips with A♣️10♣️ on K♥️ 10♥️ 7♥️ 10♠️. I decided to bet-call my opponent's all-in with A♦️ K♠️."

In addition to Switzerland's Nabil El Hage, second in the count overall, today's Top 5 includes Manfred Karl Müller (957,000), followed by Ralf “FiftyOuts” Imdahl (912,000).
