On a flop with 2♣️, A♥️, and 9♥️. Stonerwell checks. Happy Nico bets 320. Belmondo click-raises to 640. Stonerwell folds, and Happy Nico calls. The turn is a 4 ♣️. Belmondo snap leads out for 2 million, with 4 million behind, and Happy Nico snap calls. The river is a J♦️.

Belmondo decides to go all-in for his remaining 4 million. Happy Nico thinks for a few seconds and then calls. Showdown. Belmondo shows a pair of 8s, while Happy Nico, with an A8 off-suit, wins a huge pot, taking the lead in the chip count and eliminating his opponent. Belmondo's fourth position guarantees a prize of 24,500 Swiss francs (after the deal).
