The afternoon flight of the White Wolf Main Event, Day 1 E, ended in the middle of the night, as usual, with 80 entries taking 15 players to the next step.

The performance of Fabian Egger, chip leader at Day1 D and second in the overall count, was swept away by Swiss player Ines Thōni (photo below), whose 747,000 chip bagged knocked Fabian off the second step of the podium and stole the show on this cold January Saturday here in Liechtenstein:

"This is the first time it's happened for me to close at the top of the count," said Ines with some emotion. "The day went great, I saw some good cards and managed to handle the situation in the best way.

There was one pot in particular that launched me into the count, where to be honest, my opponent gave me a nice gift of over 200,000 chips! Hopefully, I'll do well on Day 2 as well, for now, I'm enjoying this great day!"

If the first position is a bit of a surprise, given that it is not so easy to find a woman in front of everyone in a poker tournament, the second place of Dritan Kaleci, who closes with 684,000 chips, is not at all.

He was followed in third place by Ramon Lampert (440,000), the protagonist together with "Yana" (fourth in the count with the same stack) of a pyrotechnic hand that ended in a split pot. Specifically:
