Entries 90/ Left 14

The final flight of the weekend at King’s Resort, Day 1D, has come to an end with 90 entries, adding 14 more players to tomorrow’s Final Day. In total, if we count today’s 14 qualifiers and add the 25 players who advanced from Day 1A, 1B, and 1C, 39 players are moving on to Day 2.

Stealing the spotlight tonight was Maryline Valente from France, who closed the day with an impressive 670,500 chips. After the session, she shared her thoughts:

“It was a fantastic day—I hit a lot of hands, and things just went my way. I do have one regret about the last hand, where I had pocket tens on a 2-10-2 board in a four-way pot.

My opponent bet and I raised way too big on the side, forcing a fold. I could have maximized my value, especially with a flush draw on board, but overall, I’m very happy with my performance today. Hopefully, tomorrow goes just as well.”
