Petr Satek ahead of the count at Day2

Entries 3874 / Left 30

The Italian Poker Sport Main Event enters its hottest phase after a truly hectic week, which saw the beauty of 2,905 players crowd the tables, for a total of 3,874 entries including re-entries.

Admittedly, this was not a new record, but the one set in the last edition was unprecedented at European level in the history of poker. This will certainly become a challenge for future editions, but certainly with a €1,260,854 prize pool and a €189,650 first coin, one can only be extremely happy with the result.

Best of all was Czech Petr Satek (photo below) who was able to close in on over 13 million chips which at this afternoon's restart would be worth about 50 BBs:

"I started with about 600,000 today and everything went very well. No I'm not a professional, I play for fun!"

On the other hand, the path of the Hungarian Miklos Zsuffa, online cash game regular and second in the count at just over 12 million, is curious:

"Do you know how much I started with on Day2? With 3 big blinds! I managed to qualify at the last through the turbo flight and I've been at the table for practically 16 hours!"Curious instead the path of Hungarian Miklos Zsuffa, online cash game regular and second in the count at just over 12 million:
