Entries 381/ Left 20

The Day 1D of the IPS, Italian Poker Sport, has just concluded, with a total of 381 players taking part and 48 more securing their seats for Day 2 on Sunday. The day ended slightly earlier as 15% of the field was reached before completing the 16th level.
The best performer of the day was Cristian Alexandru Veres. The Romanian, who bagged one million chips, shared his thoughts at the end of the day:

“It was a great day for me. I didn’t get many good hands in the early levels, but towards the end, things changed, and I won a crucial flip with Jacks against Ace-King. Luckily, the coin flip went my way, allowing me to build this stack.
It’s the first time I’ve finished as the chip leader on Day 1, and I hope things continue to go well because this tournament is truly fantastic.”
