🇩🇪 Johann Schamne ahead of the 12 survivors on IPS Day3!

Entries 7007/ Left 12

Day 3 of the IPS Italian Poker Sport €1,500,000 GTD has ended, bringing the 12 remaining players to the Final Day, scheduled for this afternoon at 3:00 PM.

It was an extremely long day, starting at 2:00 PM and ending at 4:30 AM, totalling 14 and a half hours of play, including breaks.

The best performer of the day was Germany’s Johann Schamne, who bagged 76,500,000 chips, approximately two and a half times the tournament average.

“It was a truly fantastic day because everything seemed to go my way. Every situation where I could capitalize on value worked in my favour, and that certainly helped a lot in closing the day with this impressive stack. How did I get here?

My Day 1 wasn’t the best, and I only made it through thanks to a lucky hand in Pineapple. I started Day 2 with just 400,000 chips, and from there, things started to turn around. Hopefully, it continues like this tomorrow, as the first-place prize is really interesting.”
