🇨🇳 Yuhan Wang is IPS Day1 A+B chip leader!

The Day 1A plus B flight of the Italian Poker Sport has just concluded here in Rozvadov, featuring a €1.5 million guaranteed prize pool. After a battle lasting 13 levels of 60 minutes each, the event began a few days ago with the flights divided into two parts, Part 1 and Part 2. Up for grabs were also 4 tickets for the WSOPE Main Event, to be held this winter.


For Day 1A Part 1, there were 217 entries, with 79 players qualifying for the second phase, while Day 1B Part 1 saw 283 entries and 105 more players advancing to the next stage. As a result, tonight 283 players returned to complete the 13 scheduled levels and only 75 made it through (plus 94 more entries as the late registration remained open for the first level of play for a total of 594 entire).


The chip leader was Chinese player Yuhan Wang, who, with 1,030,000 chips, secured one of the four tickets available. Second place went to German player Bastian Mark Galitzendoerfer with 1,020,000 chips, followed by Israeli player ChikkitaBanAAna, also with 1,020,000 chips. The fourth position, the last one earning a ticket to the WSOPE Main Event, was taken by Croatian player Andro Scarpa.


As for the top positions, Romanian player Florin Adrian Bilan, with 908,000 chips, claimed fifth place. He was also a standout in the last tournament organized by EuroRounders, played here in Rozvadov, while fellow Romanian Mousa followed in 6 the place bagging 895,000 chips.
