Entries 753/ Left 75

The second of the two fights scheduled for this March Friday also goes into the archives, with another 753 entries bringing 75 more players to Day 2 in Donetsk.

The standout performer of the day was Turkey’s Nejat Güler, who managed to bag 1,118,000 chips by the end of play. Here’s what he had to say upon securing his chip lead:

“Well, considering this is only the third tournament I’ve played here at King’s and I’ve already managed to finish as chip leader, I’d say that’s not bad at all. Today, I played really well, and I’m happy with the poker I displayed.

I didn’t get any massive hands that pushed me to the top, but I made good reads and won several pots with solid hands, including some key rock-all situations that made me really proud of my performance. Hopefully, I can carry this stack all the way to the final day.”

Top 5

As for the top positions, alongside Nejat Güler, with 1,118,000, Poland’s Lukasz Sokol is in second place with 1,094,000, followed by Germany’s Kenosh-KK, with 1,076,000.

The Czech player Daniel Rajc sits in fourth with 817,000, while Portugal’s Walter Sampaio Perei Teixeira rounds out the top five with 814,000. All players who qualified from Day 1F can be found below.
