Entries 1687/ Left 168

The King’s Million Main Event has made history in European poker: Day 1G recorded a total of 1,687 entries, setting the record for the largest single-flight ever played in Europe. This fantastic result mirrors the achievement of last month’s Italian Poker Sport Main Event.

A total of 168 players advanced to Day 2, with Poland’s Simon Patryk Pokitowski leading the pack with 1,294,000 chips.

It was not only a great tournament for him, but his chip-leading performance also earned him two tickets—one for the European Championship of Poker and another for the France Poker Festival. At the end of the day, Pokitowski shared his thoughts:

“It was a particularly good day for me. It started off slowly, and there wasn’t much to report until the bubble phase, where a player practically threw their stack at me. That allowed me to accumulate a good number of chips and surpass 1.2 million.

I’m very happy with my performance today and hope to continue this way. Yes, I’m a professional player. I play online, though I don’t shy away from live poker. I come to play at King’s Resort quite often.”
