Day 1F of The Warriors Main Event has just concluded here at the GC Poker Room in Bendern, Liechtenstein, with 92 entries, bringing another 21 players to Day 2 this afternoon.
The day's best performance goes to Austrian Alexander Rydz with 363,000 chips. Here are his statements at the end of the day:
“I didn’t expect to be the chip leader given my stack, but I’m very happy with how things went today. Did I play any significant spots? Actually, no. I just played solidly and built my stack pot by pot.
I play professionally, primarily online, and this is the first time I’ve attended a EuroRounders event, so I hope to do well tomorrow and reach the Final Day.”
The Top 5
In second place in the Top 5, we have the German Kushtrim Terstena with 328,000 chips, followed by the Swiss Patrik Locher with 283,000 chips. Another German, Benjamin Zivkovic, has 281,000 chips, followed by the Austrian Filufa (this is his nickname) with 245,000 chips.
