🇮🇱 Adir Kariti is the best on Day1 B!

The second of the two flights scheduled for today, Day 1B of the WSOP Circuit Main Event, has also concluded. This flight registered a total of 132 entries, with 30 players advancing to the next phase of the tournament, Day 2, which will take place next Sunday.


In the fast-format Day 1B, featuring 30-minute levels, it was Israeli player Adir Kariti who came out on top, bagging 509,000 chips. This outstanding performance also secured him the provisional chip lead in the overall count. The usually reserved Kariti had this to say:



“It was a great day; I played very well and had an excellent run. This is the result. I play professionally, and I’m very happy with my performance today.”



Top 5


Looking at today’s Top 5, alongside Adir Kariti with 509,000 chips, we have German player Max Wegner with 430,000, followed by Italian Claudio Di Giacomo, who was well ahead until the final hands, finishing with 404,000 chips.


The Top 5 is rounded out by Danish players Ali Ibrahim Abou Chaker with 371,000 and Klaus Plogman Buchwald with 364,000. Below, you’ll find the complete list of all 30 players who qualified for Day 2 from Day 1B.
